All orders are being shipped 1-32 weeks after the order has been placed. The most recent orders that have been shipped were in the 12 week range.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer USPS Priorty Mail standard on all orders but also offer USPS EXPRESS for a fee.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all payment methods exepct for paypal. We also have an amazon store if you wish to buy from us there.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Yes, we offer a secure checkout which is ran through a 3rd party which does not save your card on file with us or the credit card processor.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We do not allow returns unless its a physical poultry product and must be returned with 7 days. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order through your account page with us. You may also track it with the tracking number provided in the email that is sent once your order has been shipped.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No you do not. But we encourage it.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We do not allow any orders to be cancelled unless the order is over 67 days which is in our policy. If this is the case we will issue a refund but please note fees may be applied. To change any order please email email@example.com with your order number and the change request.
